  • Safeway.com will fulfill your order and deliver your groceries to your home.
  • You tell us when you’d like for us to call you for your next order.

How much does it cost?
Initial setup is $40.00. This includes:

  • Placing your first order
  • Getting all required information such as name, address, phone number, and payment information into the system.
  • Setting up your grocery list online for the specific products and brands you buy.
  • Signing you up for a Safeway Club card, or registering your existing card.
  • Confirming your order, and delivery day/ time window.
How much do I pay for future orders?
Future orders are just $11.50

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is $49.00

How often should I order?
Most people order every two weeks, but you can order as often as you like.

When do I get my delivery?
Depending on availability, you can receive your order the same day or next day.

What if there is a problem with my order?
You should check your order upon delivery. You can notify your driver directly. If you are dissatisfied with any item we will call customer service for you, and you can receive a credit toward your next order or a credit card refund.
Any problems must be communicated to Safeway.com within 48 hours.

Can my Prescriptions be delivered with my grocery order?
Yes. You must have a current prescription at a Safeway pharmacy, or we can transfer your prescriptions for you.
